1. 我们存储什么

Xiantou 是一款本地优先的人脉关系与销售线索管理工具。当你在 App 内进行操作时，我们会在你的设备和你的 iCloud 私有数据库中存储以下内容：

1.1 用户资料（本机 UserDefaults）

• 姓名、职位、公司
• 联系方式（电话、邮箱、微信）

1.2 联系人（人脉）

• 姓名、关系类型、熟悉程度、性别、合作状态
• 标签、电话、邮箱、微信
• 职位、备注

1.3 公司

• 名称、行业、城市、网址
• 主营业务、法人、注册资本
• 业务背景、备注

1.4 互动记录

• 类型（见面、电话、微信、会议、饭局、展会、邮件、其他）
• 主题、内容、发生时间
• 关联的联系人、公司、机会

1.5 机会

• 标题、阶段（线索 / 初步沟通 / 有需求 / 方案中 / 推进中 / 已成交 / 已搁置）
• 预估金额、预计成交日期
• 备注

1.6 跟进任务

• 标题、行动、截止日期
• 优先级、完成状态
• 关联的联系人、公司、机会

2. 我们如何存储

2.1 本机存储

所有数据通过 SwiftData 存储在你的设备本地沙箱中。我们没有自建服务器，不会将你的数据上传到我们的服务器。

2.2 iCloud 同步（可选）

当你在 App 内"设置 → iCloud 同步"中开启同步，并已在 iOS 系统设置中登录 Apple ID 时，上述数据会通过 iCloud 私有数据库（容器 ID：iCloud.com.xiantou.app）在你登录同一 Apple ID 的多台设备之间同步。

• iCloud 数据由 Apple 进行端到端加密
• Apple 与我们都无法读取其内容

2.3 本地备份 / 导出

你可以随时在"设置 → 数据备份 / 导出"中将所有数据导出为 CSV 文件，存放到你自己选择的位置。

3. 我们如何使用信息

我们使用上述信息仅用于在你自己的设备上提供 App 的功能：

我们不会：

• 收集使用统计、行为数据或分析信息
• 投放任何广告，不接入任何广告网络
• 使用任何第三方分析、追踪或崩溃上报 SDK
• 建立账号体系或用户画像
• 在 App 启动时申请通讯录、相机、定位、麦克风、相册等敏感权限

4. 第三方服务

本 App 集成的唯一系统级服务是 Apple iCloud（CloudKit 私有数据库），由 Apple Inc. 提供并遵循 Apple 隐私政策。

我们不接入任何其他第三方 SDK、广告网络或分析服务。

5. 权限申请

本 App 当前不申请任何需要单独隐私授权的系统权限，包括：

• 通讯录
• 位置
• 相机
• 麦克风
• 相册
• 通知（如未来加入跟进提醒，会更新本节并提供 NSUserNotificationUsageDescription）

未来如需新增任何权限，将由你明确操作触发，并同步更新本政策与 App Store 隐私说明。

6. 你的权利与选择

你对自己的数据拥有完全控制权：

我们没有服务器，没有"申请数据导出 / 删除请求"的处理流程——所有操作均可由你直接在设备上完成。

7. 儿童隐私

Xiantou 面向商业及专业场景使用，不针对 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的任何个人信息。

8. 政策变更

如本政策发生重大变更，我们会在 App 内或本页面发布更新。继续使用 Xiantou 即视为接受变更后的政策。

This Privacy Policy explains how Lexu Tech (Lexu) ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Xiantou mobile application (the "App").

In short: Xiantou does not offer any cloud account system, and we operate no backend server of our own. Your data is stored either on your own device, or — if you opt in — synced across your devices through the iCloud private database associated with your Apple ID. You remain in full control.

1. What We Store

Xiantou is a local-first contacts, companies, and sales-pipeline manager. When you use the App, the following data is stored on your device and (if you opt in) in your iCloud private database:

1.1 User Profile (on-device UserDefaults)

• Name, job title, company
• Contact details (phone, email, WeChat)

1.2 Contacts

• Name, relationship type, familiarity, gender, collaboration status
• Tags, phone, email, WeChat
• Job title, notes

1.3 Companies

• Name, industry, city, website
• Main business, legal representative, registered capital
• Background, notes

1.4 Interactions

• Type (in-person, phone, WeChat, meeting, meal, exhibition, email, other)
• Subject, content, time of occurrence
• Linked contacts, companies, opportunities

1.5 Opportunities

• Title, stage (lead, contact, need, proposal, push, won, parked)
• Estimated amount, expected close date
• Notes

1.6 Follow-ups

• Title, action, due date
• Priority, completion state
• Linked contacts, companies, opportunities

2. How We Store It

2.1 On-Device Storage

All data is stored in the iOS sandbox on your device via SwiftData. We operate no server of our own and do not upload your data to a backend we control.

2.2 iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you toggle on "Settings → iCloud Sync" inside the app and you are signed in to an Apple ID in iOS, the data above is synced across devices signed in to the same Apple ID through the iCloud private database (container ID: iCloud.com.xiantou.app).

• iCloud data is end-to-end encrypted by Apple
• Neither Apple nor we can read its contents

2.3 Local Backup / Export

You can export all of your data to a CSV file at any time via "Settings → Data Backup / Export" and store it wherever you choose.

3. How We Use Information

We use the data described above only to provide the App's functionality on your own device:

We do not:

• Collect usage statistics, behavioural data, or analytics
• Serve any advertisement or integrate any ad network
• Use any third-party analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK
• Operate an account system or build user profiles
• Request sensitive permissions (Contacts, Camera, Location, Microphone, Photos) on launch

4. Third-Party Services

The only system-level service Xiantou integrates is Apple iCloud (CloudKit private database), provided by Apple Inc. and subject to the Apple Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any other third-party SDK, ad network, or analytics service.

5. Permissions

The App currently requests no permissions that require separate privacy disclosure, including:

• Contacts
• Location
• Camera
• Microphone
• Photos
• Notifications (if follow-up reminders are added in the future, this section will be updated and a NSUserNotificationUsageDescription will be provided)

Any future permission will be triggered only by an explicit user action, and this Policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated accordingly.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data:

We do not operate a server, so there is no "data export / deletion request" workflow on our side — every action is available to you on the device itself.

7. Children's Privacy

Xiantou is designed for professional and business use and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this Policy

If this Policy is materially changed, we will post an update in the app and on this page. Continued use of Xiantou after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
