1. 我们收集什么

Kegel 是一款本地优先的盆底肌训练与习惯追踪 App。我们不上传你的训练数据到开发者运营的服务器。

1.1 你主动创建的数据（仅本地存储）

• 训练记录（开始时间、时长、训练方案）
• 自定义训练计划（收紧 / 放松时长、组数）
• 成就徽章解锁状态
• App 设置（提醒时间、声音、振动、深色模式偏好）
• 每日提醒时间表

1.2 设备与诊断信息

• 崩溃日志：仅在你主动联系客服反馈问题时随你的反馈一起发送，不主动采集
• 设备型号与系统版本：仅用于 App 兼容性判断，不存储、不上传

1.3 健康数据（仅在你授权后）

当你授权 HealthKit 访问时：

• Kegel 会将训练时长作为"正念分钟"写入 Apple Health
• Kegel 不会读取你的 Apple Health 中的其他数据
• 该数据完全保存在你的设备本地和你的 iCloud Health 数据库

2. 我们如何使用信息

我们使用上述信息的唯一目的，是提供并改进本 App 的功能：

我们不会：

• 将你的训练数据用于广告
• 建立用户画像或行为分析
• 与第三方共享、出售你的数据

3. 我们如何存储与保护数据

• 本机存储：所有数据通过 iOS 沙盒存储在你的设备本地
• iCloud 备份恢复（可选）：你可以在 iOS 设置中开启 iCloud 备份或 iCloud Drive 同步；此过程由 Apple 的 iCloud 服务提供，加密由 Apple 负责
• 加密：iOS 沙盒默认加密，应用数据受设备锁屏密码保护
• 传输：本 App 不与任何外部服务器通信，不存在数据传输环节

4. 第三方服务

本 App 集成的唯一系统级服务是：

• Apple Health (HealthKit)：经你授权后写入训练时长
• iCloud 备份 / Drive 同步：iOS 系统级，由你控制开关
• 本地通知 (UNUserNotificationCenter)：训练提醒，由 iOS 系统调度

这些服务的可用性、数据处理与隐私保护受 Apple 隐私政策 约束。

我们不接入任何第三方分析、广告、追踪或崩溃上报 SDK。

5. 你的权利与选择

你对自己的数据拥有完全控制权：

我们不收集数据，因此没有"服务器侧删除"流程——你只需要在本地操作。

6. 儿童隐私

本 App 面向成人用户。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的任何个人信息。如果你认为我们在未经监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童信息，请通过下方联系方式告知我们，我们会协助你删除。

7. 政策变更

我们可能根据业务或法律变化更新本政策。重大变更会通过以下方式提前通知：

This Privacy Policy explains how Lexu Tech (Lexu) ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Kegel mobile application (the "App").

1. What We Collect

Kegel is a local-first pelvic floor training and habit tracker. We do not upload your training data to any server operated by us.

1.1 Data You Create (Stored Locally Only)

• Training records (start time, duration, session plan)
• Custom training plans (squeeze / relax durations, repetitions)
• Achievement badge unlock state
• App settings (reminder times, sound, haptics, dark mode preferences)
• Daily reminder schedule

1.2 Device and Diagnostic Data

• Crash logs: sent only when you actively contact support and include them with your report. We do not collect them proactively.
• Device model and OS version: used only at runtime to determine app compatibility. Not stored, not uploaded.

1.3 Health Data (Only After You Grant Permission)

When you grant HealthKit access:

• Kegel writes the duration of completed training to Apple Health as "Mindful Minutes"
• Kegel does not read any other data from your Apple Health database
• The data is stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud Health database

2. How We Use Information

We use the data described above solely to provide and improve the App's functionality:

We do not:

• Use your training data for advertising
• Build user profiles or behavioural analytics
• Share or sell your data to any third party

3. How We Store and Protect Data

• On-device storage: all data is stored in the iOS sandbox on your device
• iCloud backup & restore (optional): you may enable iCloud Backup or iCloud Drive sync in iOS Settings; this is provided by Apple, and encryption is handled by Apple
• Encryption: the iOS sandbox is encrypted by default; app data is protected by your device passcode
• In transit: the App does not communicate with any external server. There is no data transmission step

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following system-level services only:

• Apple Health (HealthKit): write training duration after your permission
• iCloud Backup / Drive sync: iOS system level; you control the toggle
• Local notifications (UNUserNotificationCenter): training reminders, scheduled by iOS

The availability, data handling, and privacy of these services are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data:

Since we do not collect data, there is no "server-side deletion" process — you can perform all actions on your own device.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, please contact us using the channels below and we will assist you in deleting it.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our business or legal environment evolves. Material changes will be announced in advance via:
